• Please have the banner visible somewhere within your site. It's not required, but it would be helpful when it comes to voting. Text links are also fine.
• Graphics are not limited to anime, but it cannot be hentai.

You will be judged in the following fashion: 25% by CM, 50% by CM's Judges, and 25% by public poll. You will be judged on the following premises:

• Originality
• Creativity
• Colors
• First Impression
• Quality

Each category will be judge separately, meaning one person could win first place in the 100x100 section, but comes in second place in the 60x60 section. In this case, that person would receive the first place package AND the second place package. That means an first place 100x100 avatar award, a second place 60x60 avatar award, 7 customized graphics of their choice, unlimited advertisement on any CM sites for a year and a half, and so forth.
